The spectacular views of Ribeiro and its three valleys were one of the highlights of our first special Christmas brunch, celebrated on 21st of December in the Manor’s Tower.
The event was a welcome to the winter and our Christmas season, with all our tickets already sold out, surrounded by a great atmosphere of participation. The brunch, which started at 11 am, included a selection of appetizers, such as cheese boards, Iberian cold cuts, smoked salmon bites, Galician meat pie tapas, Spanish omelette, a wide range of different breads, seasonal fruit, artisan bica cake, assorted Christmas sweets, and other seasonal products.
The gastronomic experience reached its highest point with a pairing of three different Viña Costeira sparkling wines: Lúa Jazz Brut, Lúa Costeiram, and Lúa Jazz Brut Nature, products whose profits are donated to AFAOR (Association of Relatives of those suffering from Alzheimer’s in Ourense).
The event concluded with a visit to San Cribrao’s viewpoint, a tour across the vineyard, and a tour inside the Manor, where the participants could discover the Manor’s history and the common wine-making processes.
