This Godello white wine is harvested in boxes, manually, carefully selecting each bunch. Destemmed and softly crushed, it is pressed at low temperatures and for long periods so that the grape skins start to macerate peculiarly. Its debourbage is carried out for 48 hours, with a low temperature fermentation for 14 days. It is naturally tuned due to the winter cold.
