WINE TOURISM RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Reservation and cancellation policy.

Non-refundable rate.

Viña Costeira offers the customer the option to cancel or modify their reservation in writing via email at enoturismo@costeira.es or by phone at +34 648 237 385, with a minimum notice of 24 hours before the scheduled date for the “Origen del Ribeiro” experience, and 72 hours for the “Brunch Sabor a Outono” and “Pícnic entre Viñedos” experiences.

For groups of more than 6 people, it is necessary to notify the winery at least 7 days in advance.

If the cancellation is made within the minimum notice period, the customer can reschedule the visit for another date, to be coordinated with the winery, within a maximum of 6 months. This change will be subject to availability and will incur no additional cost, with a maximum of one change allowed per reservation.

Otherwise, the winery will retain the amount paid by the customer as compensation for the damages and costs caused by the scheduling and preparation of the visit.

Viña Costeira reserves the right to modify the content or itinerary of the visit, as well as to alter its duration for justifiable reasons, such as rain, fog, other weather conditions, construction, power outages, mechanical or technical failures, etc. In these cases, the customer will not be entitled to any compensation.

For extraordinary events (Quesos y Vino, Sabores a Outono, etc.), Noite das Perseidas or Costeira Sonora, the entry is non-refundable, and date changes are not permitted. The only valid option is modifying the ticket holder, which can be requested via email at enoturismo@costeira.es.

If the winery needs to cancel the visit for reasons attributable to the winery before the start, the full amount of the activity will be refunded to the customer.

Strict punctuality

Customers should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the experience to check-in (showing the QR code) and receive the corresponding instructions.

In case of tardiness, and if more than 20 minutes have passed since the start of the guided tour, unfortunately, the customer will not be able to join the tour. They may only join the group for the next part of the activity: the product tasting. Additionally, the cost of the visit will not be refunded.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you wish to modify the voucher, please contact the Wine Tourism Department at enoturismo@costeira.es or by phone at +34 648 237 385.

Discounts

Discount coupons or promotions offered on the website are only applicable to products available in the store, excluding Wine Tourism experiences.
