TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The following conditions will be applicable to all orders placed through our website: www.costeira.es.

By placing an order you confirm that you agree with the general conditions and state:

  • Who understands and understands the conditions set forth herein.

All published prices include taxes

When placing an order the buyer expresses his will to acquire the merchandise.

Viña Costeira SCG reserves the right to change prices, either for reasons of updating suppliers, specific promotions or currency exchange, as well as the content and portfolio of products, for updating and improving the user experience.

 

2. USE OF THE WEB PAGE

Access to the website is free.

3. REGISTRATION

To place an order you can make it as a guest without prior registration, providing only your contact information and shipping address, or register, being required to fill in some essential fields.

In that case you will be responsible for keeping both your password and your account information secret.

The password is confidential and you should not share it with third parties so that they can make purchases on your behalf.

If you do not remember the access data, we can send them again.

Viña Costeira SCG is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or loss of password.

 

4. SHIPPING

Shipping times for products in stock will be between two and three business days.

When there is an incident of stock, we would contact the customer to notify them and that they decide whether to proceed with the order.

Shipping costs

  • Orders below € 60: shipping in Peninsula € 5.
  • Orders equal to or greater than € 60: all shipments for orders from € 60 are free throughout the peninsula.

To request information regarding the shipping conditions to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands, the client must contact the Viña Costeira Winery at 988 477 210 or via email logistica@costeira.es.

Customs

If the shipment of the package generates customs fees and taxes, these will be borne by the customer.

If the customer does not want to pay the customs fees, Viña Costeira SCG will not return the order amount or take charge of the package.

All shipments will be made to Spain through AutoRadio.

To request information regarding the shipping conditions to a country outside of Spain, the customer will have to contact the winery through the following contact information:

5. 5. FORMS OF PAYMENT

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Euro6000). 

RETURNS

 

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer will have a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to process their return, according to the applicable legislation. Once these 15 days have passed, Bodega Viña Costeira will not accept such return.

For the processing of a return, the user must contact Bodega Viña Costeira at 988 477 210, from where he will go to the logistics department and proceed to make the necessary arrangements, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging. Likewise It must not have been opened, unsealed or used.
  • It must be returned in the same conditions as it was received with your
    original packaging intact and proof of purchase along with the delivery note.
  • The return can be made by sending by regular mail to Viña Costeira SCG,
    Valdepereira s / n, 32415, Ribadavia, Ourense. Shipping costs must be borne
    for the client.

 

2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RIGHT

When the return is motivated by a manufacturing or quality defect, it may be returned within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order, proceeding to its replacement. The user will have the right to claim, and be delivered, an equal product, in perfect condition.

In the event that the product is not available, the company will reimburse the amount that the customer has paid, including shipping costs, according to the payment method used in the purchase.

In the specific case of defective products, or that do not match the order made by the customer, the customer must not meet the costs of returning said products.
 

3. REFUND

As long as the user has adjusted to the aforementioned conditions, Bodega Viña Costeira will reimburse the price paid for it corresponding to the products returned. In case of withdrawal due to withdrawal, Bodega Viña Costeira will not face the return costs.

 

In case of not complying with the requirements included in these conditions, the user will not be entitled to a refund of any amount.

If it is a partial return, the user will be reimbursed the corresponding amount for the returned products. In this case, the shipping costs must be borne by the user, except in the event that the product is defective, referring to the conditions of point 2 above.

Bodega Viña Costeira will proceed with the return of the order through the same payment method used by the user for the acquisition, within a period of 20 days from the collection of the product and after the relevant verification of the status of said product.

In any case, Viña Costeira Bodega reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received, or until the user has presented proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.
