Reinventing the most classic Ribeiro. Toubes wine is the flagship of our Pazo de Toubes. Viña Costeira is committed to recovering the most traditional viticulture and bringing it closer to the present day. An example that was carried out in the same way with the restoration of this jewel of Galicia’s 18th century rural architectural heritage.
Treixadura, Loureira and Albariño are the three varieties grown on the 9 hectares of the Pazo Toubes estate that make up this wine.
Partial fermentation in 500-litre oak barrels and subsequent ageing on fine lees give Toubes its complexity and elegance; stone fruits, hints of pastry and a delicate mineral background.
