In this experience you will discover the authentic origin of Ribeiro by entering the Pazo de Toubes, a large house of traditional Galician architecture restored in 1742 that holds all the secrets of the first Galician wine. You will be able to identify the different native grape varieties in our centenary vineyard, you will discover the origin of viticulture in Ribeiro and you will learn about the estate wines of the pazo. The enogastronomic experience ends with a guided tasting of three wines harmonized with bites from the chef of Pazo de Toubes.
Visits take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays at 12:00 p.m. Check availability!
Come and dare to discover the heart of Ribeiro through the history of an 18th century pazo and the hand of traditional viticulture and gastronomy.
