1. PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the website under the domain costeira.es (the “Website”), owned by VIÑA COSTEIRA SCG., (hereinafter: VIÑA COSTEIRA), cooperative society with registered office in Valdepereira s/n, 32415 Ribadavia (Ourense, Spain) and Spanish Tax Id. Code (C.I.F.) F-32002230.

According to the current legislation on Personal Data Protection,VIÑA COSTEIRA informs the user(s) of the Website (the “User(s)”) about the Privacy Policy that will apply in the treatment of the personal data that the User will provide when registering in the Website by filling the Registration Form located in the contact section provided for such purposes.

It is not necessary for the Users to disclose personal data in order to navigate the Website.

The completion of the Registration Form by the Users, as well as the data provided, necessarily imply, with no restrictions, the knowledge and acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
