1. ENVÍOS

The shipping times for in-stock products will be between two and three business days. On days without logistics services (warehouse closure due to holidays/agreements), these times may be longer than usual.

When there is a stock issue, we will contact the customer to notify them and allow them to decide whether to proceed with the order.

Shipping Costs

• 7,50€ For orders under 65€ (on the mainland).
• Free for orders over 65€ (on the mainland).

Customs

If the package shipment incurs customs fees and taxes, these will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the customer does not want to cover the customs fees, Viña Costeira SCG will not refund the order amount nor be responsible for the package.

All shipments will be made to Spain through AutoRadio.

RETURNS

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer will have a maximum of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to process their return, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Once these 15 days have passed, Bodega Viña Costeira will not accept the return.

To process a return, the user must contact Bodega Viña Costeira at phone number 988 477 210 or via email. logistica@costeira.es, they will be directed to the logistics department, and the necessary arrangements will be made under the following conditions:

• The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. It should not have been opened, unsealed, or used.
• It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with the original packaging intact, and with the purchase receipt along with the delivery note.
• The return can be made by regular mail to Viña Costeira SCG, Valdepereira s/n, 32415, Ribadavia, Ourense. The shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

2. RIGHT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

When the return is due to a manufacturing or quality defect, the product can be returned within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order, with a replacement being provided. The user has the right to request and receive an identical product in perfect condition.

If the product is unavailable, the company will proceed with a refund of the amount the customer paid, including the shipping costs, in accordance with the payment method used for the purchase.

In the specific case of defective products, or products that do not match the customer’s order, the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. REFUND

As long as the user has complied with the conditions previously mentioned, Bodega Viña Costeira will proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the returned products. In the case of a return due to withdrawal, Bodega Viña Costeira will not cover the return shipping costs.

If the user does not meet the requirements outlined in these conditions, they will not be entitled to any refund.

In the case of a partial return, the user will be refunded the amount corresponding to the returned products. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the user, except if the product is defective, referring to the conditions in point 2 mentioned earlier.

Bodega Viña Costeira will process the refund using the same payment method the user used for the purchase, within 20 days from the collection of the product and after the necessary inspection of the product’s condition.

In any case, Viña Costeira Bodega reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the user has provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.
