Alén da Istoria pays tribute to the stories that have always been told in the warmth of the evening fire in Ribeiro homes, a tribute to going “alén” – beyond the known- to obtein the best flavours in the mouth.
This wine brings us closer to the tradition of Ribeiro red wines, cwith native varieties cultivated for centuries on the slopes of the Miño, Avia and Arnoia river valleys.. Keeping the Galician essence, this unique wine comes to us, born from the memory of the great Ribeiro reds thanks to the recovery of the most emblematic native varieties such as Sousón, Ferrón or Brancellao. A coupage that gives rise to a red wine full of nuances of forest fruits and with the minerality of the Miño valleys.
