Winemaking
Wine made with selected Treixadura from ou “San Cibrao” vineyard, harvested with great care and dried indoors for three months. The grape must, extraordinarily rich and thick, ferments slowly during winter in small French oak barrels, and its fermentation ends naturally as the yeasts are finished.

It can be enjoyed as an aperitif with dried fruits and nuts, and also as an after meal drink, on its own or combined with all types of desserts.
